I wonder that same thing. I want them to consider posting the forum rules on the forum page. That way people don't have an excuse for posting things like that.
Okay, I spammed in the forum. For people that don't know what that is, it's putting a link to your site into a forum. I did that without knowing that you aren't supposed to do that. I should have read the policies so it was all my fault. I deeply regret doing that now.
